As you may know, our business has recently been allowed to re-open and we are starting to get back into processing orders. We apologize that we have not been able to send out Pattern Plus emails in some time. Our owner has suffered some heart-related issues and we have another out due to cancer. As a result of health and COVID limitations, we are experiencing a backlog. We are doing our best to accommodate each one of our customers and process orders as quickly as possible while working with reduced staffing.
How are we handling COVID?
We are following the recommended guidelines to keep our employees and customers safe by:
Limiting our hours
Frequent cleaning and sanitizing
Temperature checks are required for anyone entering the building
Workers are required to wear facemasks
Limited workers have access to the shipping area
Customers are encouraged to wear face masks and social distance, wash/sanitize your hands before coming to the store, and — most importantly — stay at home if you are feeling sick.
Curbside pick-up is available customers and all payment transactions are contact-less. In addition to payment options listed on our website, we also accept Square, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
Unfortunately, there is no telling when things will be "back to normal". Shipping times can be longer than usual due to supplier and transit delays. However, we are working diligently to adapt to these new circumstances while planning for the future. Our customers have always been the heart of our company. We're grateful to you, your ongoing support, and that you're doing your part to flatten the curve.
