Hey guys, I want to mix things up and have a bit of fun while I’m creating the new website. Instead of photographing models and projects we have here in house, I thought it would be fun to let everyone participate. After all, this site isn’t for me, it’s for all of you to enjoy!!
As stitchers we put so much time and love into our pieces, I thought some of you might like to display your beautiful works of art on our website. With a wider variety needlework displayed I hope to inspire and reach more people and encourage them to learn the art of needlework or refine their craft.
We will give credit to the owner by displaying your first name and last initial (unless otherwise requested). The project should be finished but does not have to be framed and can be on any fabric, solid, hand-dyed or otherwise. We will review all submission in house and let you know if one or more of your projects have been selected. We will have a thank you gift for all who participate and if your project is selected you will get an additional goodie for allowing us to use your photo.
To submit your design, visit or join our HLC Fabrics Needlework Group on Facebook. If you are not on Facebook you can contact us through our website and we will provide an email in which you can submit your photos.
What project pics are we looking for this go around?
Cross stitch, needlepoint, punch needle and embroidery projects. Again, projects should be finished, do not need to be framed, can be on any solid or hand-dyed fabric. If you would like to also share the name of design stitched, what fabric or threads used or any other details please feel free to put it in the comments when sharing. There is no limit to the number of projects you can share.
